Vice President, Worldwide Sales & Service

Laddy Fleming leads global sales and service at Bird Technologies, with responsibility for customer engagement, channel partnerships, and field support. He works closely with customers, partners, and distributors to ensure Bird’s solutions are accessible, relevant, and backed by knowledgeable support.

With more than three decades in RF sales and service leadership, Laddy has built trusted relationships across defense, broadcast, public safety, and industrial sectors. He brings a deep understanding of what customers need to succeed—both in the lab and in the field.

His team is focused on responsiveness, technical accuracy, and building long-term customer trust.

Katie Wright

Vice President, Product Management, Marketing & Strategy

Katie Wright leads Bird’s strategy, marketing, and applications engineering functions—shaping product direction, accelerating market growth, and strengthening brand positioning. Under her leadership, Bird stays closely aligned with customer needs, delivering technical solutions that meet the demands of a rapidly evolving RF landscape.

With an M.S. in Electrical Engineering and deep experience in product management and marketing, Katie blends technical insight with commercial strategy. She has driven product development grounded in real-world use cases, while modernizing Bird’s digital presence and advancing customer-first messaging—ensuring the company remains responsive, relevant, and trusted across the RF community.
