100 Watt RF Attenuator Selection Guide

Bird's 100 W RF attenuators provide continuous, fixed signal attenuation for RF testing and installed system applications. Choose between the 100-A and 100-SA Series based on frequency range, connector orientation, attenuation value, and system configuration.

DC to 3 GHz | Bi-Directional

100-A Series

Best for: Bench & Laboratory Testing
Same-side connectors simplify connections between instruments and devices under test, making the 100-A Series well suited for engineering labs, production testing, and troubleshooting.

DC to 2.4 GHz | Bi-Directional

100-SA Series

Best for: Inline Installations
Opposite-end connectors create a more direct signal path through the attenuator, making the 100-SA Series well suited for permanently integrated RF systems and production equipment.

Next Step: Once you've selected an attenuator series, compare its specifications below before choosing a model.
