RESTON, VA, May 28, 2021 -- X-COM™ Systems, a Bird^® company, awarded a $3.2M multi-year contract from the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) – UNICOR for Naval Tactical Data Systems (NTDS) and Support. First release order received for $1.07M with delivery schedule for November 2021.

The NTDS are an integral part of the Battle Situational Awareness Systems where multiple sensors on different ships collect information/data and the resultant information feeds into a Combat Information Center (CIC) for a full view of the environment and is utilized as part of a Decision Management Tool.

The NTDS systems and switches produced by X-COM facilitate this capability. The NTDS Systems are also utilized in NAVY Trainers and Systems updates.
